SIM card
VOO informed me I would get a new SIM card and my old one would be blocked. My old SIM card is blocked now, but I have never received a new card. I send two messages to VOO to ask for a new card, but never got an answer nor a SIM card. How can I still get a new card, because I really need my phone, pay for it, but can't use it. Pretty frustrating!

Hello @thijs,
The new SIM card has just been sent to you. It will arrive within 4 working days in the mailbox and will need to be activated using the email you will receive shortly (check the spam folder).
