No customer number provided

I registered to become a Voo customer and to port my GSM number from Proximus to Voo on Monday 28 October. I received an email confirming my order with order number 107497030105 .

I received the SIM card to activate my service with Voo. 

What I did NOT receive: 

- A customer number

- No one came on 31 October as promised to install my internet

I'm unable to call for assistance because I don't have a customer number.

When I try to activate the SIM, I'm unable to because I don't have a value for the field

Please advise how I can actually become a Voo customer. I'm very disappointed with this service so far. I wanted to switch because I was frustrated with the lack of decent service I received from Proximus but it doesn't seemt to be much better from Voo so far.

Hello

Proximus may not have released the number for portability yet. 
Do you still have a network with your Proximus card? 
If yes, you must wait until the Proximus network disappears to activate your voo card. 

You can try to reach the voo assistance at 078/505050 
It’s a holiday today in Belgium thus no voo staff present on the forum.
