moving to a new place

Dear Sir/Madam,    

I am renovating my new apartment, and an elder lady was living there before, so no internet cables whatsoever. So my question is if VOO internet is the best option for that building and address, the building has no fibre connection yet, so could an expert from VOO come and check the situation before the renovation is over, in case something needs to be done in terms of electric wiring or drilling in the wall to ensure that?
