I need to reschedule the installation of the internet at my apartment. The person that was supposed to install today rang the bell very lightly and left very quickly so I could not install even though I cleared out my entire day for this. The excellent customer service is useless to me because they do not speak English. I would to reschedule this as quickly as possible.
Also, the app does not allow me to change my contact number. I would like to change it to 456 95 ** **. The experience with Voo has so far been so clunky and difficult that the only reason I am moving forward with it is because the previous owner of my rented apartment has already installed Voo here before.
Please someone help me.
