Return of modem

Hi all. In 2018, i cancelled the service with Voo, and as requested by you, i went to a shop to return the modem. I asked in the shop if all was ok, and the guy told me yes. It turns out, that years later, VOO is sending me emails saying that I didn't return the equipment, and now it has passed this to a Contentieux company. I'm 100% sure i've returned it, and this is a mistake from VOO, or from the person who received the equipment. How can I solve this??

Could you please add your customer number to your Forum profile or enter the surname/first name of the contract holder and the full connection address (not on the post - only on the Forum profile). 


Did you receive the proof of return document when you went to the shop? If so, do you still have it?

This was in October/November 2018. I don't remember getting a proof document, but i remember the shop that i went to the shop in Chau. d'Ixelles 36, 1050 Ixelles to return it!

I have just submitted a request to the finance department regarding your file. I have also asked them to contact you by e-mail or telephone once they have analysed your file. 
Does your telephone number end with 9675?

Hi! Is it possible to contact me directly regarding this matter? It has been 2 months, and noone tried to reach me yet. and I keep being contacted by a litigation company in your name. Please call me because this is a misunderstanding, and I did returned the modem in the store!

After reviewing your file, I see that our financial service did not find confirmation of the return of your device. 

I have just sent a request to the finance department regarding your file, asking them to contact you by email or phone once they have reviewed your file.

But that’s what I am trying to tell you.. I’ve returned the device in Ixelles store, but i didn’t get any proof from the store! and this was in 2018!! how can i get a proof of that?!

I understood your request @Couto 🙂 but it's no longer possible to obtain proof of return for a device returned in 2018. 

That's why I provided further details to my request for analysis to our financial department, insisting that they get back in touch with you.
