Internet still remains with old plan with 27.99 EUR per month
Hi,
I continuedly reaching out your customer care number 04/266.41.14 regarding my internet contract, I have been requesting to remain monthly charges with EUR 27.99 EUR march month onwards as well up to next 6 months.
Your executive telling me they will call me back but it is not happening at all. Kindly call me.

Only the 04/266.41.14 can do it.
