Confirgure pack does not work.
I am trying to configure my pack and it never works, and its giving an error always: "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS".
Seems like there is no way to make it work. Could you help?

If you are an existing customer, you will not be able to modify your pack directly via myVOO, you must make the request here or via the helpdesk at 078/505050.

As indicated by @roylion15, you will not be able to change your package yourself.
I invite you to inform me of the change you wish to make, or call our customer service on 078/505050, they are available Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6pm.
