Change of contract

Hello


I have currently a Duo Wahoo contract (Net + TV) and I would like to change it to a Internet Solo (GIGA Fast) one, which is 56€/month. 

I tried to change it via website but I always get an error saying that the transaction was not authorized. Can it be requested via forum? Since I'm already a VOO customer, do I need to pay the activation/installation fees? Later I should receive the email/letter with the instructions to send back the TV decoder, correct?

The prices shown on the website are valid for new customers . Thus that is not the price of 56€ see here :

You cannot make this change via the site as you are already a customer. 
There will be no activation and installation fees. 
You must call 078-505050 to make the change because you terminate a service (TV)

Thanks a lot for your help and quick reply.

Paying 15€ more just for being already a client compared with new ones doesn't seem fair. For such a difference, I prefer to become a new customer on another provider...

This is a special offer to "attract" new customers. 
An existing customer is normally not eligible for this offer, but you can discuss your price with the customer service if you wish to cancel your products.

Sorry to read that. Please contact 078/50.50.50. and let them know your wish to cancel the subscription. My colleague are available from monday to friday (08h30-18h00).
