WiFi not working
Dear all,
After 2 weeks of being unplugged the router, I have just plug it again and the WiFi led is not green. I have tried pressing it by 10 seconds, and restarting the router (cga) but it does not work. The WiFi connection is not seeing by my home devices.
Power and connection leds are working . What should I do?

Dear all, I have restarted the router at its factory values, pressing 15-20 seconds the back button and it works now. The ticket can be closed.

Hello
Do not unplug the modem, this unit should remain on and you will not have problems. It’s a know bug of the modem software …
A factory reset is one of the solutions to reactivate the wifi interfaces.
