You will find all the informations needed to connect to Wifi on a label at the bottom or the rear of the modem

( Network SSID and Wifi passsword ) , please notice that you have to respect "the case".

As indicated, you will find the password of your Wifi on the label behind the modem.

Here is what this label corresponds to: 

This is an example, you should not use the password shown in this picture.

You must use the "Wifi Password" and not the "User Password".

I can see a device connected to the Wifi. I guess everything is in order.
