Static IP address for VOO Pro pack
Hello
I just received my VOO internet connection and after a quick look it uses an IPv6/128 dynamic address.
I have a VOO pro pack for my home office and I need to connect to my corporate VPN and SIP server.
Is there anyway to get a Static IPv4 address as I need to be whitelisted on the VPN and SIP server and this now doesnt work. Any ideas would be welcome.
P.S. DynDNS is not an option

Can you explain exactly wich type of subscription you have ?
Option PRO on a trio pack or a PRO connection with internet only ?
Fixed IPV4 is only available on the second choice .
