Hi, i attempted to cancell my subscription - i have sent 3 cancellation requests but i recieved no comformation by email or a call from your representatives. whta should i do with the modem? I have already left the country.

Hello @spodocomodo,
To submit a cancellation request, we always ask our customers to prefer calling to avoid a long wait.
I am currently blocked by the IT system from entering the cancellation, I will take care of it tomorrow and I will come back via this channel to confirm that it is in order.
The cancellation will be effective J+2 from the first request, that is to say on May 11. Regarding the modem, it can be thrown in a container park.
