I've just scheduled the repair for 05/05 PM.
I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.
If you wish to change operator as a result, please contact 078/505050 (Option 2 then 4 in the menu).
Explain the situation to an agent, and they may be able to find a solution.
As far as I'm concerned, I have no other options than those listed in the calendar.

We are going to schedule an appointement with a technician, this time please don't cancel it.
Here are the current possibilities:
- April 29th between 8AM and 1PM
- from May 5th to May 9th between 8AM and 1PM or between 1PM and 5PM
Could you give us your preferences?

Good Morning,
I am not at home the morning of the 29th, but i can be there for 2pm - 5pm
I can be available 30th 8AM - 1PM
I am also available 2 May from 1PM to 5PM
Can you please see if these are possible. I do not want to not have Internet over the weekend again, as it supports my work.

Good Afternoon Jonathan,
I am very displeased with VOO that I have another extended weekend without Internet. This issue appears to have been caused due to work carried out in my area two weeks ago, and due to the Holiday Periods I have had to suffer from extended periods without my VOO connection.
I will accept the Monday 5th May, 1PM to 5PM offer, but I will now look elsewhere to obtain my Internet Services
