persistent issue with my home internet connection
I am writing to address a persistent issue with my home internet connection, which has exhibited instability over the past few months. There have been several instances of significantly reduced speeds and complete service interruptions on at least three occasions since the beginning of this year. The most recent interruption occurred today, during which I was without internet access for approximately three hours, from 11:00 AM to 1:40 PM, when service was finally restored. I kindly request your assistance in explaining these disruptions and prompt intervention to resolve this matter at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Following your explanations, I've just checked the history of your line. Currently, the modem is online with good signal values. However, I see that yesterday you had an interruption that lasted a few hours. This interruption can be seen on your street line record for all your neighbors too. It was a general problem on this part of the network. This has now been resolved, so please come back to us if you still have a similar problem.
