No internet
Since january this is forth time that we are out of internet. Each time it was two to four days. Voo's 078505050 response is just terrible and thair info are not relevant. VOO will never contact you as customer to announce problem, appologize or explain anything.
We are without internet since Thursday afternoon. Voo said it will be solved until 19.30. Now is Saturday morning and there is still no internet. I bet we are not going to get it at least until Monday afternoon.
And yes, our bill will be just regular and with full ammount.
DO NOT RECOMMEND VOO AS INTERNET PROVIDER
