No internet since yesterday (11 Sep)

I can connect to wifi network, but there is "no internet access". I tried all possible resets of the router (including toothpick), still the same. Please help.

Hello @Martynas,

 

Currently, your modem is not connected. It is definitely powered, so you know how to connect to the router, but it is not receiving an internet connection. I also checked outside, but it does not seem to be a widespread issue. Most modems are connected properly.
Could you check the rigid ‘TV’ type cable screwed into the modem? Is it screwed in properly and connected at the other end?

Jonathan, thank you for your quick response and willingness to help. I have double checked the rigid TV cable on both ends and it is intact, well connected. I also tried to connect ethernet cable, it also does not work. Any other advice from you would be very much appreciated!

I see that you already have a repair scheduled for Monday, 15 September. The technician will be able to identify the problem on site. I am sorry that I cannot find a quicker solution.
