no internet since Tuesday morning

There is no internet connection since Tuesday morning (Mons, Rue du gaillardmont ). What is it getting fixed?

I received this text "VOO - Cher Client, l'incident qui pouvait provoquer des perturbations de vos services est à présent résolu. Nous vous invitons à redémarrer votre modem et décodeur pour assurer leur bon fonctionnement." at 7.50pm. I have restarted the modem and everything.

AND STILL I DON'T HAVE INTERNET AFTER THREE DAYS!!

 this is insane! I telework. My work is getting damaged! This is absolutely ridiculous!

I can see that your modem is indeed offline.

 

When you say everything, does that include checking the different cables? If no, could you do it? If yes, we are going to schedule an appointment with a technician.

I was restarting it then hoping if it can work. But I still have no internet.

Yesterday one technician was sent to home to check, he said the problem is in outside. 

I got a text afterwards that they are working outside to solve the problem and it will be fixed by evening.

I got another text around 7.40 stating the problem is fixed and it should work. I still had no internet.

I called the customer care around 8.30pm, the lady on call said the problem will be fixed by 10.30pm.

And yet I have no internet. It has been four days now! Please fix the problem ASAP.

The breakout is terminated so if you still don't have internet, we need to send you someone. Maybe there is something else. When are you free?

The first appointment available is on August 11th, between 8AM and 1PM. I have scheduled this one. I don't have another 😕

I TELEWORK. I NEED MY INTERNET BACK URGENT! I DON'T HAVE INTERNET SINCE TUESDAY AND AT THIS MOMENT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO WAIT FOR NEXT WEEK.

I am really sorry, but with the upcoming weekend, we do not have an appointment any earlier. For the moment, I can just invite you to go to your workplace or we can still send you a proof of breakdown to give to your employer.
