No Internet Connection

There is no internet connection after I changed to new modem provided by VOO

Situation is same since Saturday night till this moment (Wednesday).
I called helpline on Sunday as well as submitted an online ticket on Tuesday.
Until now there is no response and not even a ticket number is assigned for tracking purpose
