No Internet After Initial Installation

Good day,

I have been on the help line for more than an hour with still no assistance.

After my initial VOO setup installation the technician guaranteed active internet in 3 hours. It is well past 24 hours and we are still without internet.

What is the next steps as here is absolutely now active customer support.

Please resolve this issue asap.
