My internet connection is considerably slower than the other days
My internet connection is much slower on my home's wifi compared to the other days. Moreover, the connection have been lost multiple times.
I am not using a new device (my laptop and phone, are the same as on other days).
Based on the speed test on your website it is as follows:
- download 105.51
- upload 49.05
- ping 19
- GIGUE 4
I tried plugging out and in the modem. The @ button, power, and wifi are green.
Would you please check my issue and resolve it.

do you perform the speedtest by cable ?
speedtest by wifi is not accurate.

Your line signal is stable, I don't notice anything abnormal from a distance.
As requested, is the test done over Wifi or cable?
