Lenteur et redémarrage du Technicolor

bonjour ou bonsoir voila de puis un moment je subit des lenteur mes rien de grave mes j'ai plient d'erreur sur mon modem et il redémarre tous seul que faire sauriez vous m'aidé svp merci bonne journée ou soirée

Voici des test de speedtest.net car celui de voo bug.

Je bien de redémarrer mon modem au moment qui démarrais la led online est rester noire pendant 2 bonne minute et a redémarre trois fois avant de se stabiliser je vous poste en même temps les nouveau événement du modem merci

Que disent les niveaux du signal sur l'onglet "connexion"?
Avez vous tenté un reset factory ?
Auriez vous modifié certains reglages du modem ?

pour moi je trouve que mes niveau son bon oui j'ai fait un reset mes rien toujours pareil même ici impossible d'avoir la VOD sur ma box évasion non je n'est rien toucher sauf activer le Upnp du modem car j'avait des souci avec ma xbox one en ligne

Hum, le TX est quand même fort bas pour le Technicolor... inférieur à 36 dB ce n'est pas à considérer comme bon. Dans ce cas cela pose souvent des soucis divers d'après mes infos...j'ai entre 45 et 47 dB en TX chez moi et jamais de déconnexions ou reboots intempestifs .

que me conseiller vous de faire ? Car sa commence un peu a être ennuyant sa fait maintenant 1 ans je réside a champion région namuroise et sa fait 1 ans que j'ai c'est souci la on a tous changer ici on a fait un toute nouvelle installation et un nouveau raccordement de mon domicile au poteau on a changer 4 si pas plus les connecteur au poteau le l'on de la ligne 4 fois le même technicien qui viens et la dernier fois qu'il est parti il a rien su faire car tous avait déjà été changer on ma fait un geste commercial d'une réduction de 10€ par moi pendant 1 ans mes si j'ai toujours le même souci moi je ne c'est plu au donner de la tête enfin merci de votre aide bonne soirée et bon dimanche

et aussi je suis connecter un drôle de réseau Brutele SC

Un technicien na pas compris pourquoi que d'habitude je suis sur VOO-005233 et il reste tous le temps sur se réseau

Je peux comprendre votre agacement... le problème n'est certainement pas situé chez vous mais en amont à mon avis . Vous avez des voisins chez voo, ont ils aussi des soucis ?
Je suppose bien que le technicien doit savoir ce qu'il se passe et qu'il a fait un rapport ?
Je laisse le soin aux experts officiels VOO de prendre en charge votre cas pour faire effectuer les reglages ou initier les interventions nécessaires sur le reseau afin de stabiliser votre ligne.

Le technicien qui est venu précédament il pas dis oui qu'il y pas que moi qu'il y avais d'autre personne il a effectuer des t'es en bou de ligne et il a dis qu'il y avais un câble à changer il a du forcer pour faire changer un connecteur du poteau mes il m'a rien dis de plus

Bah oui un technicien résidentiel ne pourra pas intervenir sur l'infrastructure de la rue donc s'il y a un câble défectueux c'est une autre équipe.

bonjours Thibault Merci de votre réponse rapide oui on ma changer +/- 6 fois le modem sur et sa na rien réglé on ma changer 3 fois l'ampli ici on ma mis un GVR2440C car avant j’étais sur un ampli VWO-3304-AR mes bon ici les coupure j'en plu souvent en soirée hier le modem a redémarrer 3 fois connexion très très lente plu de 600 ms et 154 Jitter se qui m’étonne c'est que sa m'arrive chaque fois en soirée ou je me pose la question soit il y a une personne qui se connecter sur mon câble mes je ne trouve rien...

Un dépannage serai bien mes voila si c'est pour que le technicien vienne et me dise qu'il ne save rien faire tous est neuf tous a été changer.

En tous cas un gros merci de votre aide

je Précise bien que je ne télécharge pas mes console son éteint et débrancher et le WIFI déconnecter il me reste que mes 2 box évasion brancher
