Lenteur et redémarrage du Technicolor
bonjour ou bonsoir voila de puis un moment je subit des lenteur mes rien de grave mes j'ai plient d'erreur sur mon modem et il redémarre tous seul que faire sauriez vous m'aidé svp merci bonne journée ou soirée

Je bien de redémarrer mon modem au moment qui démarrais la led online est rester noire pendant 2 bonne minute et a redémarre trois fois avant de se stabiliser je vous poste en même temps les nouveau événement du modem merci

Un technicien na pas compris pourquoi que d'habitude je suis sur VOO-005233 et il reste tous le temps sur se réseau

Je suppose bien que le technicien doit savoir ce qu'il se passe et qu'il a fait un rapport ?
Je laisse le soin aux experts officiels VOO de prendre en charge votre cas pour faire effectuer les reglages ou initier les interventions nécessaires sur le reseau afin de stabiliser votre ligne.

Pouvez-vous me dire si vous aviez déjà ce genre de souci lorsque vous aviez l’ancien modem, voir au début du Technicolor ? Vos niveaux sont ainsi depuis longtemps, il est probable que le Netgear gérant mieux le TX assez bas, le souci ne soit apparu que depuis l’installation du Technicolor.
Lors de votre précédent dépannage, un câble de + — 45 mètres de long devait être changé dans la rue. Les travaux ont été faits et, suite à cela, votre TX est passé de 31 à 35 . Je viens de vérifier chez vos voisins, ils sont entre 38 et 40. Je pense donc qu’un dépannage sera à nouveau nécessaire, afin de régler la ligne définitivement.
Par contre, il y a eu les 3 derniers jours (17-18-19 février), de grosses variations sur le signal (TX passant de 31 à 40 sur la journée). Vos déconnexions étaient sans doute dues à cela. Je pense qu’aujourd’hui, il devrait y avoir un mieux, mais au final le dépannage sera nécessaire.

Un dépannage serai bien mes voila si c'est pour que le technicien vienne et me dise qu'il ne save rien faire tous est neuf tous a été changer.
