Internet issue Woluwe Saint Pierre

Hi,

Since yesterday evening I have an issue with my internet connection. I use the modem in bridge mode so I can use my firewall/router. Everything was working fine but yesterday evening started to see loss packets and connection offline on the gateway. Unable to release/renew the IP on the gateway, changed the MAC address and I got a new IP on WAN but still loss:
