Internet Down - Naast 7062

My internet has been intermittent for the past hour and has gone out completely at least once. Do you have an ETA on when the connection here should be stable?

The technician came out today and stated that the connection at the pole got water into the cable and ruined the connection. 

@Simon B can you let me know when the 2nd technician is scheduled to come out and do more work at the telephone pole to keep water from damaging the cable again?
