I am connected to my WiFi - but I can’t access the internet

Hi,

I hope someone can help me with this. My WiFi suddenly doesn’t work. I have the Voo Technicolor router - all the lamps are lit as they should be. When I go to my router configuration everything appears to be working fine and it says the WiFi and the internet is active and enabled. For some reason I can’t connect to the internet - My Mac connects to my network but I can’t access a webpage. I’ve tried restarting the router several times.

Help?

Hello,

Have you tried with different browsers and in private browsing?  With a VPN?

Try changing VOO's DNS to Google's: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1
