Home connection in Arlon - Again

Now it's recurrent, everyday there's a connection problem at my house. During the weekend, when it worked,  the speed was 30.3Mbps /10.4Mbps. Tee contracted speed is 200mbps...
I'm thinking on changing the provider because this is really bad service.

I've just checked your Internet line and I've noticed some instability and signal loss over the last few days. 
The loss of signal yesterday was due to a network intervention in your region. 
Until 8 March, this was due to instabilities detected on your line. 
Could you test the connection for a few days and get back in touch with us if you see that the problem persists?

This speed test was carried out on wifi, wasn't it? 
Were your other devices disconnected? 
After a second check, I notice that some instabilities are again visible on your line and the modem is having trouble staying connected.
We will schedule a technician to visit your home to check your installation.
When will you be available? The technician can come Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 13:00 or between 13:00 and 17:00.
