Connection issues getting temporarily slow

I’m lately having issues with my connection which makes my work VPN fail as well as my Teams meetings getting disconnected in the middle of the presentation due to poor signal.

Yes. The issue of intermittent slowdowns is still happening

Do you have this issue of slowness on devices connected via Wifi or by cable to the modem? On all devices? 

Could you please turn off your modem electrically via the switch for 30 seconds and then restart it? 

I invite you to check all the cables connecting your modem to your amplifier (the gray or white box fixed to the wall).

Do not hesitate to unplug it completely and then reconnect them properly.

Check the connection of the VOO modem
