Cancellation of my Voo internet abonnement
Hello team,
I have been trying to cancel my internet abonnement for a couple of weeks (online (last week) and in you shop at Ave Louise 3 today) as I am leaving Belgium permanently tomorrow evening 23 January 2026. I have also called phone number 078 50 50 50 but have not had a call-back.
Could you help me cancel my internet abonnement as of 31 January 2026? Please confirm acceptance of my cancellation of my Voo internet abonnement.
Could you also inform me as to which address I should return the Voo modem?

I invite you to quickly contact our customer support via the myVOO Chat, Messenger or WhatsApp (+32455183447) explaining that you are permanently leaving Belgium and that you have tried to reach us several times. You will receive a quick response (it is necessary to first answer the BOT's questions).
For the return of the equipment: you will receive a return label within 48 hours after the termination of services (for example: if we terminate on 31/01, the label will be generated only on 02/02 and available via myVOO).
The label should be affixed to a cardboard box and you just need to send it back by post (make sure to keep the tracking link you will receive when dropping off the package).
