Transfer Net and TV from Proximus to VOO. Want to keep Proximus mobile account
I am adding VOO Internet and TV subscription to my new home in Enghien. I have Proximus now for TV, Internet and mobile. VOO is cancelling my Proximus account for me, will they cancel just the Internet and TV? I want to keep my Proximus mobile account. Thank you!

IF you used the easyswitch option, only the services you transferred to us will be terminated.
The mobile (and fixed telephony if you have it) will not be terminated with Proximus.
I see that your installation is scheduled for September 23. Your services will therefore remain active until that date.
