Mobile number is not cancelled even notification is provoded already

Hi, inspite of reminders to close my mobile connection 455175809, bill is still generated. Can you terminate this number. It is a combo plan with home wifi. But home wifi was cancelled till 31 August. But mobile number continued. Can you please terminate immediately. I dont want another bill as Iam not using this number. I moved out of the country. I have apid all termination fees earlier. Please treat this as urgent.
