Hacked Personal Information at VOO?

In October I was told by VOO that my personal information may have been compromised. On 27th October I sent a question and the VOO response said that I would have an answer within 48 hours.  I HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE.

I have also asked through Facebook but still no response.

Now I will ask on various other social media platforms to see if anyone else has experienced this.

I am also contacting CERT Belgium.

The number 02 852 95 43 keeps on calling me to check my personal data while suggesting me to add a mobile subscription in my VOO-pack... I guess that this is linked to the hacking.

It's rather clear that our personal data is in other hands !   :(
