Voo does not honor my cancellation request
In November (14/11) I requested Voo to cancel my mobile subscription and went through the cancellation process. Today I received the invoice for december and see that the contract is still active - despite my cancellation.
Can someone look into this as CS seems totally incompetent?

Hello @Verplancke,
On this Forum, we can only give you advices, we (moderators) don't have access to your subscription details and can't act on them.
You'll have to contact our customer support again. If your initial request didn't go through, they can cancel your subscription and, if you have a proof of your first request, they can cancel December's bill.
