Mobile number is not cancelled even notification is provoded already

Hi, inspite of reminders to close my mobile connection ****09, bill is still generated. Can you terminate this number. It is a combo plan with home wifi. But home wifi was cancelled till 31 August. But mobile number continued. Can you please terminate immediately. I dont want another bill as Iam not using this number. I moved out of the country. I have apid all termination fees earlier. Please treat this as urgent.

I moved out of the country and how many times I call you from USA. I have told multiple times when I was in Belgium to cancel. I will have to write to criminal forum for you charging me even I have provided proper notification to cancel and sim is not useable at all. Why don’t you understand and still creating invoice for me…. Is VOO paying you customer support salary by stealing the money like this ???

How many times I have to tell you to cancel my mobile subscription. I will have come via criminal complaints against you for fraudulent invoices for last 2 months even though I asked to cancel my subscription. Now I’m in US … why are you still sending me invoice even my sim is cancelled?
