Cancel mobile subscription
I lost my mobile sim last month during my vacations.
how do I cancel my mobile subscription?
there is no option on myvoo to cancel the subscription. What an unbelievable thing! this is hands down the worst service I’ve seen.
I have blocked my sim but voo is still charging me for my mobile plan. My number is 0455190728

I wanted to confirm the usage details but the administrative assistant was shouting at me for not speaking clear French. I wanted to how why I have been charged when I wasn’t using my mobile phone abroad.
it’s unbelievable how bad the administrative customer personal was. I had discussion with contract customer service and she was very nice.
