I have moved from voo to orange using easy switch. what is the process of sending Voo router to Voo ?

Just wait for the return label that is sent a few days after cancellation of your services.

For now, we have not received any cancellation requests from Orange for your contract.

Have you already been installed with Orange? If so, when? If it's been more than 48 hours (average time taken to receive an Easy Switch request), it means that Orange hasn't taken the necessary steps.
In this case, we'll have to terminate your contract "manually", so keep me informed.😊
