WIFI Not Working

My Wifi has not been working since 03/09/23 at 20.00hrs. Is it possible to confirm if there is a problem with the services? My devices are working on other internets. Our services drops very often but this is a long one.

Internet not working

My internet stopped working about 10 days ago but I have been away and came back today to find it still not working. I am able to connect to the modem but the modem is not connecting to the internet at all. HELP PLEASE.

Internet Connection NOT WORKING

MY VOO internet is not working since a week and I have been trying to reach the customer care but no response provided. I feel the service provided by VOO is PATHETIC and does not meet the customer demands at all. There is no call back or a response on the multiple contact forms posted repeatedly.

WiFi not working

Dear all, After 2 weeks of being unplugged the router, I have just plug it again and the WiFi led is not green. I have tried pressing it by 10 seconds, and restarting the router (cga) but it does not work. The WiFi connection is not seeing by my home devices. Power and connection leds are working

Internet not working

The internet connection is not working since this afternoon. I have the red light (@) flashing. I tried to disconnect and reconnect the cables multiple times and to restart the modem 3 times with the same result. Is there a problem in my area or with my connection?

Port forward not working

Horrible connection speed on Gigabit internet

Subtitles on the BBC

Each time I change to the BBC I have to go to parametres and then put on the subtitles.   When the programme comes to an end, the next programme has no subtitles and I have to go through the same process each time.   I only have this problem on the BBC - other channels are working perfectl

problems with internet stability since package upgrade today
