Customer service in English?

Hi, i wanted to cut my service with voo but instead their increased my cost. I have called them several times to ask question but they don’t seem to have anyone working there who can speak English. Could someone help me on what do i need to do to cancel the service? Many thanks for any help!

Receive Error Code 1001 when attempting to install my VOO Evasion box to my TV

When I connect the cable to my TV and start it I receive the error code 1001. Looking on the website it doesn't list this code any where. I also cannot find instructions for how to connect the evasion box to my TV. When we manually scan for TV channels all we get is static.

Installed the 1 Gbs but I have only 400 Mbs

Cancel my contract

Hi, Because I am moving to another country, I need to cancel my contract. I tried to call for a couple of weeks, but when I finally got to speak to someone, he said he was going to send an email with all the details, and nothing followed.  Thanks in advance for any help!
