Hello, You cannot do the installation by yourself. A technician from Voo will come with the needed materials ( including the modem ) to do the installation.

Hi all, I just moved into a new apartment and see the Voo box in the internet closet with the cable available for the modem. I've just ordered internet from Voo. Will I need an engineer or can I just plug and play the modem myself when it arrives? Thanks,

bonjour j'ai de gros soucis de connexion internet j'ai de plus en plus de coupure j'ai envoyé des messages et ont ma répondu que mon réseau avait vérifier et que sa pouvait provenir de mes câbles je les es tous changer mais le problème persiste que dois je en conclure

@sumeet It is not possible to schedule an appointment after 4pm. It is either morning (8am-1pm) or afternoon (1pm-5pm). If you cannot be there, you can ask another adult to be there for you.
