Confirgure pack does not work.

I am trying to configure my pack and it never works, and its giving an error always: "ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS". Seems like there is no way to make it work. Could you help?

Issues accessing data plan while abroad

Hello, I have had issues lately while going abroad and while my data plan is activated and roaming, I am unable to access it while outside of Belgium.  Does anyone know if this is connected to the added plan 'to Europe plan'?  Thank you!

Internet connection lost ("@" keeps blinking in red)

Hello, I am working from home and today I faced a problem with my internet connection. The "@" light keeps blinking in red. I checked the connection and restarted the modem a couple of times. I have attached an image of the modem when the "@" light is blinking. Could you please help me to fix this

VOO modem issues (No DHCP, No Internet)

I have a random occurring issues with my VOO modern, 1) The first is where all connected devices are disconnected from the network (both LAN and WiFi). When checking my mobile's WiFi I can see that the phone is unable to get an IP address from DHCP. This is resolved by re-starting the VOO modem.

When I watch a film that I have put on My Selection and stop the film for 5/10 minutes to make myself a cup of coffee when I resume the film it starts from the beginning and not where I left off. Very annoying. I hope somebody has an answer. I am very pleased with the service of VOO
