hello everyone. i am trying to create an account in myVOO, but it says "Your activation code is incorrect. Please try again with a valid code"
i need help, please..

Hello emilda,

I transfer your customer record to the relevant department so that it sends you a new activation code for the creation of your myVOO account. A colleague will take contact with you by private message on this subject.

Witch code are you using ?

You need to use de code you find in your last paper bill (the code is good for 2 month, so if you use one older code, it will not work)
If you have use de good code, you need to wait until one "expert voo" comme to help you, but they are off today and maybee tomorow too.

Are you sure you have mistakely read one 0 like a O or one 1 like a i ?

PS : sorry for my English :8
hi frames. i am using the activation code from my latest bill.. but it still doesn't work..
i also tried replacing the "1" with "i" but still it says incorrect.

i am so thankful for your time providing some answers for my problem.
