I have an account in ''my voo''.
When I enter to ''my voo'' from PC I read this:'' Une erreur est survenue pendant le chargement. Données indisponibles''

Esc que vous pouvez me dire qoi faire?

Try eventually restoring your browser’s default settings
I don’t have any problems to connect on MyVOO with IE 11 or Edge.

I have no issue whatsoever to connect to you myVOO account from my side.

Did you try to connect from the myVOO app, from a smartphone or tablet ? Or you also could try to connect from another browser.

Try one (or both) of these suggestions, and let me know what happened. 🙂

It seems that it is a browser problem. Is there a problem with Windows explorer?

Hello,

I use also IE11 (with win10) and i have no problem for connecting on myvoo.

Maybe try to erase your history on the Navigator.

Clear the cache and cookies and everything should run smoothly.
