How to receive the activation code for myVOO account?


Hello, I am a new VOO customer since today. It is possible to send a message to myVoo account mandatory and I have not received an invoice and I have not received an invoice. Thank you. Yours truly

hi,

One official voo can send this code but he need to have your Customer number, you need to write this number in your profile on the forum.

I already update this info. Should I perform any other action in order to receive this code? Or just need to wait a official voo?
