homespot: it says my password is incorrect when I know it's correct

I am not able to log in to VOOHOMESPOT. I have created a myvoo account and have used Homspot plenty of times, but now every time I try to log in in tells me that i have the wrong password. I changed my password and it is still telling me this.

I suggest we erase your current myVOO account and create a new one to start over. What would you think about that? It will change absolutely nothing for your settings but you'll be able to choose a new password and try all over again.
