Turn on Roaming
How to activate roaming? When I go to France, my data disappears because my roaming is disabled. We live near the border, so I often go to France and the UK and I need access to data. Thank you in advance for your help!

On our side, roaming is already activated. Can you check the settings of your phone? Roaming data may not be enabled. :)
Also, in roaming, you are limited to 60 minutes of calling, 60 SMS and 200 MB of data per day. If you want to use more, an extra fee will be charged.
