no internet since 20.44

Hi there - I’m away from home and a Freind is staying in my apartment. The internet has been out since 20.44 this evening. Is there anyone at voo who can investigate?   thanks in advance

Hello   first have you put your client number on your profil? You can shut down your router à little moment and after put on sometimes it work.

Yup we’ve already added the number previously. We’ve also shut down the modem multiple times but still no luck.

Have you neighbour also at Voo? Maybe ask if they have problem with Voo. Or phone tuesday at the help desk.
