VOO Cancellation

I have filled in the online form to cancel my account. I have received the confirmation via email on the 10/01/20 that my account will be terminated from 23/01/20. 


However I have not received and information on what I am to do with my WIFI router and TV box. We move back to the UK on the 25/01/20 and need to have this sorted very soon. 


Is it possible to drop with in with our local VOO store?

Hi @Ollyniks,

I sent the confirmation on your email adress. Everything you need to know is in this email. It’s in french, but it basically says you have to give back the modem and TV box.

You may give them to a VOO official store.
