No internet since last night in Ixelles! internet light flashing on modem


Hello everyone:
Please could you give me some assistance? I am concerned about my internet status. I have never experienced problems with Voo and since last night I lost all internet in my home. The interbet light on the modem is flashing, and I don't know what that means. I called the customer service and couldnt contact amy operator. Please I need internet at home to work.
