No internet connection in 1050 Ixelles


Hello All,

I have had a hard time finding anything in English in this forum:(
I am not getting any internet connection since yesteday and all my call to support was put on hold.

Voo customer support is not responsive over call. Could somebody help me fixing my internet connection.

I see you had no internet connection yesterday. There was a general breakdown in your area, but everything should be ok now.

Neverteless, someone will come back at you via private message to check if everything is alright. 🙂

Hi, Yep! That’s a problem, don’t worry.
Have you tried to extend and turn on your modem? If yes, does your request have a red led on?
