I requested to cancel all my subscriptions through on-line but did not get any e-mail reply or phone call.
I tried 0781 50 50 50, but the number ask me to hold on the line for 2 hours or 1 hours with no connection.
What do I have to do for canceling all my subscriptions?
It's is very inconvenient procedure..

I see in your file that all your subsciptions have been cancelled the 26th of December.
I also see that you returned the equipments yesterday so everything seems to be ok
