I have called VOO 7 times with no help. I receive a message when calling the UK saying that it is prohibited. Unfortunately VOO are unable to resolve the issue even though it is their fault. I will be switching to Belgacom if this is not resolved today.

According to the information that I have in your file, you were hiding your phone number, so it prevented you from contacting the English numbers. Have you been able to test since your number is no longer hidden?
