Creating an account at MyVOO


Hello,

Sorry for posting it in English.

I did a few weeks ago a change in the account titular. That happened because I'm a new tenant in an apartment that already had a VOO subscription.
The problem is that I cannot create a account with my client code and code of activation at MyVOO and doesn't even appear any error message or code.

Could you verify this to me?
